Deposit & Cancellation Policy

*A $100 deposit (through Ca$h@pp) is required for all appointments. The deposit is non-refundable 2 days prior of the appointment. It can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within the next two weeks of original cancellation date.
– If the appointment is cancelled within the grace period, it can be given as a gift from the client, if the client chooses. 

**Appointments cancelled on the same day of your appointment time will result in 100% of the session donation is due in full.
– If the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment time, 50% of the cancellation fee can be used towards your rescheduled session.

***Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 2 hours of original appointment time will need to be paid in full and will not be eligible for the 50% credit.

****Appointments cancelled by the provider for any reason will result in an immediate, full refund of the deposit.

Honoring these policies show that you respect your provider and honor their time. Any violations of these policies will result in no possible future appointments.
