These times are hard for most people. Whether it is difficult financially, emotionally, physically… We are all dealing with something.
Mental health is just as important as physical health.
Remember to take moments throughout your day to stop, and just breathe. Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, relax your eyebrows, let your body and your breath relax into the moment. Take it another level and think of 3 things that you are grateful for in this moment. Can you make it 5?
Taking these 30-60 seconds throughout your day will greatly improve your state of mind and your energy levels.
Movement is another great way to release tension and anxiety. You can; have a 3 minute (one song) dance party, stretch, do desk yoga, run in place, go for a walk, body weight workouts, etc. The are many options available even with social distancing.
I am offering in person sessions during this time, and I am taking extra safety precautions as well.
